And the best new baseball name of 2008 goes to...

Marlins rookie pitcher Burke Badenhop.

With a name like that, it's a good thing he's not a shortstop.

Not as good as Grant Balfour or Eric Plunk (both pitchers had control as bad as their names) but still pretty cool.
