After that, you can also reset your password. There’s a possibility that your account has been hacked and its security compromised. Here’s how you can reset your password. Go to att.com/myatt and tap on Forgot password. After that, fill in the password info. Then choose security questions and create your new password to solve Att email not working. AT&T’s Email to Text feature on AT&T works for numbers still using the AT&T carrier. So, if you try to send an email to a number from AT&T but have ported, you’ll face the error.
