Seriously... there were rain clouds and tons of wind.

And it didn't exactly sneak up on everyone.
It wasn't like Ming the Merciless was sneaking up on Earth controlling the weather.
Seriously, if this World Series is delayed any further it will be bumped from prime time for election coverage.
