Sully Baseball Daily Podcast - August 6, 2013
Lisa Swan of Subway Squawkers joined The Sully Baseball Daily Podcast today to talk Biogenesis, A-Rod and Bud Selig.
She may be a Yankee fan and I may be a Red Sox fan, but we agree on a lot on this subject.
Zack Grienke, Brandon Belt, Jeremy Guthrie and Alex Avila (NOT Rodriguez) all owned baseball on August 5, 2013.

Sully Baseball Daily Podcast - December 24, 2012
Lisa Swan of Subway Squawkers and I discuss the sad state of the Red Sox and Yankees.
For the rest of baseball, the two crumbling teams are quite a Christmas gift!

It's Lisa Swan vs. Brian Cashman on The Sully Baseball Show

Good friend of Sully Baseball, Lisa Swan co creator of Subway Squawkers, got on the phone with me last Friday to talk about one of her favorite Pinatas to whack: Yankees GM Brian Cashman.
Now we talked before we realized he was about to be in the middle of a lurid divorce.
We just talked about he whined to Yahoo Sports about how he didn't ever want to be the GM of the Yankees.
Waaaahhhhhhhh!
And as always the conversation went down some unusual paths.
The Sully Baseball Show starts at the second hour of the Seamheads National Podcasting Network's Monday block.

Can Yankee fans read this headline without vomiting?

Carl Pavano?
Leadership?
The man dubbed as "American Idle" by the New York press.
The man who signed arguably the worst contract in the history of the New York Yankees.
I guess for a Yankee fan, a more likely headline would be ...
SYNAGOGUE VOTES MEL GIBSON AS MAN OF THE YEAR
or
PETA HIRES SARAH PALIN AS SPOKESWOMAN
or
MICHAEL AND DINA LOHAN WIN PARENTS OF THE YEAR
Just goes to show you, some people are built for New York and others aren't.
Thanks to Subway Squawker Lisa Swan for pointing this out.

The Twittering Rocket

Roger Clemens is facing perjury charges and not only is his reputation in shambles but he might soon be sent to prison.
I am not sure what his legal counsel told him to do, but I have a feeling they DIDN'T say "Get into pissing contests with people on Twitter."
I could write more but the great Lisa Swan of The Faster Times covered it beautifully.
Read her recap HERE.
Oh boy... this can't end well.
