Man oh man I could not have been more wrong about a trade!The trade to bring Gagne over to the Sox was supposed to make the bullpen iron clad... not the Achilles Heel!

Instead its down to 2 with 2 weeks to play. (Seriously Toronto and Baltimore... thanks for showing up when playing the Yankees!)
I don't blame Francona for putting Gagne out there. Why not see if he could do the role? Now we see that he can't. Make DelCarmen the 8th inning guy and make Gagne the mop up man.
AND KEEP HIM OFF OF THE PLAYOFF ROSTER!
