Too bad Buchholz didn't pitch better in his last start

Sorry Clay Buchholz... that's not going to cut it. Better send you to the pen.

Now Clay is coming out of the pen winning games, wiggling out of bases loaded none out jams.

But why isn't he a starting pitcher like I had already demanded?

Because before long there will be rules on how to use him out of the pen, a la the insane Joba rules in New York.

I think he might have some stamina, him throwing a complete game no hitter and coming back 5 days later throwing 3 shutout relief innings.


He's a big league pitcher... put him on the bump!
