All of that is great but first and foremost the Red Sox need Jon Lester being an ace in game 1 of any playoff series.
It didn't even occur to me to be worried about THAT!
Then one Melky Cabrera line drive later he's being carried off the field.
PLEASE... PLEASE... Don't be hurt Jon.
If the Red Sox don't have Jon Lester available, they might as well start Willie Tyler and Lester.
